Privacy
Public history.
Nothing behind it.
What we access
Public GitHub profile information and repository metadata: names, descriptions, dates, primary languages, topics, stars, forks, and links. You do not need to sign in.
What stays private
GitStrata does not request private repositories, read source code, or access your GitHub credentials. Any optional server token is used only to increase the allowance for public API requests.
What we retain
Profile analysis is cached in server memory for 30 minutes. Rendered specimen images use a bounded server memory cache, and browsers or delivery caches may keep public images for up to a day. There is no account database or permanent profile storage in this release.
Deletion
Profile analysis expires automatically. Rendered server images are discarded as newer specimens enter the bounded cache or the server restarts. Shared images downloaded by other people remain their copies. A deployment using additional storage should publish its operator contact and deletion process here.
